WHAT TO READ NEXT

*Not sure why my spacing and bullets down there are wonky. Because they're not wonky on the backend, I can assure you! I've pointed it out to the admin. As an editor, this is driving me CRAZY!!!

What I'm reading next, reading currently, or just finished reading:

PACHINKO • by Min Jin Lee • I read this book for one of my book clubs. I'm not sure if I would recommend it or not, but you can see more about what I had to say in my review of it.

EDUCATED by Tara Westover At this point I've read Educated and thought it was quite amazing. I haven't posted it on here yet, but you can see my review on Instagram.

US AGAINST YOU by Fredrik Backman I've now read two of Backman's novels and though both were great. I'll be reviewing A Man Called Ove soon, which I absolutely loved. Beartown was also good, but it was so dark that I didn't love it nearly as much as Ove. (You can see my brief review of Beartown on my Instagram account.) Curious to see how I feel about a third, as the two novels I've read so far felt wildly different.

BRAVING THE WILDERNESS by Brene Brown I've read a couple of Brene Brown's books and they were both life-changing and inspiring. I forced several friends (and the hubs) to read Daring Greatly. Again, life-changing. Looking forward to seeing what this one is all about.

WATERSHIP DOWN by Richard Adams A friend recommended this to me after I mentioned seeing it mentioned by a character in a novel I'd been reading. She said it was her favorite story as a child/teen. I keep hearing about it and now there's a movie, so I figured it was time to read it. I've started it and am intrigued. I'll let you know what I think when I'm done. And this might be one for our afternoon readings with the kids.

OUT OF THE SPIN CYCLE by Jen Hatmaker I can't get enough of Jen Hatmaker and I'm pretty sure we'd be best friends if we ever met. (I bet a lot of people say that.) She makes me laugh and lightens the load on the serious issues of life. I love her. This will be my next devotional book I'll read slowly in the mornings.

NINE PERFECT STRANGERS by Liane Moriarty Moriarty is probably my favorite "easy read" fiction novels right now. Although I use that term hesitantly because she is a brilliant writer... not fluffy. I love her style, her characters, and her stories. There are always unexpected twists and I can't put them down! Can't wait to get started on this one!

LOTS of links! I know... sorry! But hopefully you can find what you need quickly through them. And yes, there are some affiliate links. We all know what that means. Thanks for your support. ;)
